Waxstar Touring Presents SPRINGJAM

The Buzz is returning for SpringJam at Auckland’s legendary Powerstation on Friday, 27 August, for another wildly popular tribute to Aaron Tokona’s, AHoriBuzz. This will be the final AHoriBuzz tribute show, so don’t miss this epic event that will showcase some of NZ’s greatest musicians.

Featuring an all-star lineup of Aotearoa artists, The Buzz will perform songs that not only celebrate the spirit of AHoriBuzz but throw in a few special surprises too.

Opening up the evenings’ entertainment will be these three talented local artists.

With his incredible voice and immense talent, Laughton Kora has been at the forefront of New Zealand music for the past decade. It has seen him perform alongside his brothers as KORA at The Big Day Out, Vodafone Music Awards, and WOMAD in the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Driven by a deep love for live performance, Dillastrate has toured extensively, regularly supporting Kiwi greats such as Katchafire and Sons of Zion on national tours. The duo has also frequently played an impressive number of major New Zealand music festival stages, including Northern Bass, Rhythm & Vines and Electric Avenue.

A celebrated regular on Auckland's club scene, Hudge has played standout sets at Splore, opened award-winning venue Neck of the Woods on Auckland's K Rd, and joined T Rice on the Uptown Boogie show on George FM. He was also one of the founding members of London boat party collective Take it 2 the Bridge, which rocked parties all over the world
