The October 25th Hamilton show has moved to The Factory.  The Band felt the new venue offered an environment more in keeping with the heritage and influences of their music as it was forged in rock rooms around the world. All tickets purchased for the Claudelands are valid for The Factory.

To celebrate 30 years of Shihad, the band are undertaking a New Zealand national tour – coinciding with the  their classic 1998 album “The General Electric“ on vinyl for the first time. “The General Electric” was the LP that re-established Shihad’s position as sonic giants of the music industry, with hit singles ‘My Mind’s Sedate’, ‘The General Electric’ and ‘Pacifier’.

Once again joining the boys on tour are Auckland’s energetic hard rock band Villainy, representing the new vanguard of Kiwi rock.

And sharing the stage in Hamilton, Auckland and Mt Maunganui are Aotearoa freak-funk stompers Kora and their infamously electric live show. Comprising literal brothers Fran, Stu and Brad Kora plus spiritual brother Richie Allan, Kora have been finessing their inimitable heavy soul sound over the past 15 years, amassing multiple platinum certifications and #1s along the way.
